Decent farmyard cider nose with a hint of fresh apple.

Very Dry texture to the taste as you would expect but with a decent freshness to the fruit you do get. Does feel a bit thin on flavour which is of straight eating apple. Lots of tannin, a bit too much for my taste and I think it tends to swallow up much of the flavour. Others may like this level of dryness and tannin though as there's nothing offensive about it. There is a slight tartness there, and it does leave a nice mouth wetness at the end.

A bit to dry for me and with not a lot going on after the tannin.

Big cider apple nose mainly of apple skins; fresh and crisp.

Nice crisp apple flavour. Slightly tart on first taste, but very quickly mellows to a nice buttery texture. You can taste the alcohol in that initial hit as well. Lovely long smooth aftertaste but with a slight tingle on the tongue and a good catch at the back of the throat. Little bit of oak and tobacco in the flavour, but not at all pronounced.

Very well balanced and dangerously easy to drink at 6% . I'd call it more medium dry than medium personally though

Pale Straw yellow, clear, slightly sparkling.

Floral pear nose.

Quite floral taste but the pear is there with a touch of oak. Not much tannin and not much aftertaste but not bad and quite refreshing.

Not a huge amount to it and it's quite drinkable, but it's a bit floral for a pear cider for me.

I like this one. It's very refreshing and easy to drink. Would be gorgeous on a hot summer afternoon. Sadly I'm drinking it on a freezing January evening but it's still a damn good cider.
