Usual deep fermented apple yarlington mill nose

Yup what can you say Yarlington Mill. Dry, gentle tannin but a decent mineral apple taste with a bit of spice. Very short aftertaste.

Not bad at all. Fairly standard Yarlington really.

Light golden colour, slightly hazy and flat

Farmyard nose with lots of pulp

Very farmyard taste. Lots of pulp in the flavour, slightly bittersweet with a fair tannin hit. Farmyard disappears half way through to leave a sweetish but short aftertaste.

Not bad, but not for me I have to say. Bit too much of the farm in there to make it easy drinking and a bit strong for a session
