Elderflower | Sweet | Light golden, clear if you're careful (lots of sediment) and flat Nice sharp bitter sweet nose with a huge amount of Elderflower Curiously the taste is not overpoweringly Elderflower, but obviously that is the overall flavour on top of a very sweet cider with a tiny hint of sharpness. Not bad at if you like a very sweet cider, but I think I'd struggle with more than a bottle personally. | ★★★★★ | 4% |

Nirvana | Medium | Golden clear sparkling Huge bittersweet honeyish nose Oh cracking. Huge bittersweet flavour. Fills your chops completely with apple honey slight wood spices and raisins; the works really. To balance this out there’s a slight tannic dryness. Refreshing and flavour filled aftertaste with a smooth slightly apple brandy hint This is a cracking cider. One of the best I’ve had in a while and that’s saying something. Seriously - get some. | ★★★★★ | 5.5% |

Rainbow | Medium | Light golden, slight haze and flat Big honey apple nose. Smooth fresh apple juice flavour. No tannin and quite a short aftertaste. Made from Bulmers Norman, Browns & Yarlington Mill apparently. Very easy drinking but not much depth to it. Not as good as others from Tricky | ★★★★★ | 6% |

U.F.O | Dry | Light golden, cloudy and flat Tart funky nose Very dry and has a soapy bitter tea like tannin when you roll it round the tongue. Lots of fresh fruit flavour in there to punch through the mineral dryness to leave you with a fairly full aftertaste but that soapy tannin still cuts through. Not my favourite I must confess as I'm not a big fan of that kind of dryness. I know a lot of people that would like it though. | ★★★★★ | 6% |

Wizard | Medium | Dark golden, clear and flat but mind the sediment Yeasty nose initially giving way to a tart fermented apple smell. Bittersweet apple abound here. Quite a sharp citrussy note in an otherwise deep full flavoured cider which balances out the tannin. Bit of a roller coaster flavour profile leading to a long dry after taste. On the dry side of medium, and again not to my personal taste but if you like the drier astringent ciders it would be good for you | ★★★★★ | 6% |
