Straw hazy slight sparkle

Gentle pear nose

Fair amount of pear flavour but not too much bite to it. Nice and gentle little perry that goes down well but not as mouth filling as some perries I've tried.

I tried this at the end of a session at the Ely beer festival.

Straw green colour and slightly hazy

Sweetish slightly honey nose

Either my taste buds are shot or that has a cumin or coriander tang initially which fades over time. Bittersweet apples dominate here with lots of tannin. I’m getting a slight malted barley flavour and a slightly refreshing aftertaste.

I think I like it. By now in the session my taste buds were getting jaded so need to get more to try.
