Golden, clear and slightly sparkling. Fresh nose, slightly acidic with lots of apple skins. A small bit of honey to soften it a bit. Dry initially with a fair amount of apple pulp. Medium amount of tannin but the overall impression is of crisp and refreshing. The flavour is a bit watery though and there isn't much in there to be honest Not quite as good as the other Isaac ciders I have to say. It's a bit watery and lacks any real body, but it is perfectly drinkable and is quite refreshing. Nothing wrong with it per se but not earth shattering. |
