Applemoor | Medium | Dark straw yellow colour, slight haze, lots of fizz. Big rich mellow cider nose with slight glucose/honey hint. Nice rich bittersweet apple flavour with butterscotch in the background. Well balanced tannin leaving a nice mouth wetness after. Good long lingering fresh buttery aftertaste. Would be a good session cider. I did have a previous bottle of this that I think was off as it was more herbal and tart in flavour and not that pleasant. Glad to say it was an off bottle(it happens) and I was glad to say this version was a lot better. | ★★★★★ | 5% |

Dabinett | Medium | Copper colour, clear, slightly sparkling Dabinett smell obviously, slightly red apple with slight treacle and golden syrup Sweetish Dabinett taste as well with a slight pear drop hint initially. Fair amount of tannin in that mouthful as well. Fairly sharp fresh crisp, then you get a smooth flavour and then finally a lingering bittersweet aftertaste even though it’s medium. This cider is back sweetened which you don't see advertised often. This is where they ferment the cider as normal then add fresh apple juice (from the same fruit). This helps balance out the flavours but does give it that strange flavour profile. Interesting and a bit different. Quite nice actually and would be quite refreshing at the end of a hot day (I found it refreshing a the end of a cold day in the office to be honest). | ★★★★★ | 4.5% |

Original | Dry | Golden colour, clear and sparkling. Sweet strong apple nose with butterscotch overtones. Strong butterscotch flavour on top of desert apples. You can taste the raw desert apples along with their skins. Starts out mediUm but then dried out with some tannin. Nicely balanced. They say pair with pork or cheese and I can see that. Very decent little cider. | ★★★★★ | 6% |

Mango & Lime | Sweet | Dark Golden yellow with a slight haze and flat. Huge mango nose with a slight amount of pear drop. Taste is almost pure mango but a slight sweety like consistency very little lime. Very sweet and slightly powdery. Not dreadful but very much not for me, certainly better than the O*d M**lt. Couldn’t even finish the small bottle to be honest. I think it needs a better balance | ★★★★★ | 4% |

Raspberry & Blackberry | Sweet | Red, best way of putting it. Slightly hazy and flat. Nice big raspberry nose. Yes not too bad for fruit cider. Lots of real raspberry and fair amount of blackcurrant with a slight tartness. Not stupidly sweet and not bad if you like these kind of things. Don’t think I’d have more than the small bottle but not bad for post dessert cider. As usual when it comes to the fruity ciders, not for me. | ★★★★★ | 4% |

Pink Rhubarb | Sweet | Pinky yellow, slightly hazy, flat. Careful pouring required because of the sediment (only a small amount) Lovely fresh raw rhubarb nose. Nowhere as sweet as I expected. Good fresh mix of flavours, raw rhubarb along with cooked and a bit of apple in the background. Not as sharp as other rhubarb ciders I've had, so if you prefer your rhubarb ciders on the sweeter side, this one's for you. It's in a small bottle and I didn't find it that sickly sweet, but I couldn't quite get enough to tell if I'd want a lot of it. Certainly as a one off it's very nice and would work as a nice post dinner cider. | ★★★★★ | 4% |

No 8 Sweet | Sweet | Golden, clear, flat from barrel. Good traditional cider nose with fresh green apple. Sweet but not sickly so and doesn't have the deepest flavour profile. Just mellow eating apple flesh flavour but sweet. Nothing to write home about really but if you like sweet it’s not as sickly as many and does have a decent taste. | ★★★★★ | 6% |

Haymaker | Medium | Golden, clear and flat from a barrel Straight cider apple nose Slightly astringent with a hint of spices on top of the fresh red apple flavour. Quite short aftertaste and a bit watery. Leaves a bit of a powdery aftertaste. Nothing outstanding IMO. | ★★★★★ | 6.2% |
