Greenhorn | Medium | Golden yellow, clear with very little fizz. Not much of a nose but what's there, has a pleasant raw apple smell. Good crisp fresh green apple taste that quickly becomes nice and buttery as it spreads across the tongue. Has a nice long gentle aftertaste. Interestingly when you drink it on draught it's not as sharp and fresh as in the bottle but still good. Lots more buttery green skin taste. Lovely and refreshing on a hot summer's afternoon. Nothing over exciting but a damn fine session cider. First met this on a holiday in Kent and liked it from the off. The couple of boxes of it I bought disappeared far too quickly. One of those you should get in a bottle to chill nicely unless you have the luxury of having somewhere cold to put a whole box. | ★★★★★ | 5.2% |

Bone Dry | Dry | Light yellow, crystal clear and a very slight fizz Big cheesy nose as is typical with dry ciders - lovely. Good apple taste. Katy and bramley mix very well. The initial dryness does lead to nice smooth mouth watering aftertaste, so beautifully easy to drink. It is very very dry, but not tannic which makes it easier to drink in my opinion. I found it even dryer when on draught, so it's one of those that benefits from chilling I think. | ★★★★★ | 5.5% |

Original | Medium | A smooth blend of Russet, Cox & Bramley, this refined medium cider is packed full of flavour (according to their website) Light golden yellow, clear, sparkling. Strong full bodied cider nose with a hint of sweet apples. Bit of honey there as well. Good crisp bittersweet apple flavour that tingles in the tongue. Long aftertaste staying medium-dry I'd say all the way through. Brilliantly done, must get more. | ★★★★★ | 6.5% |

Perry | Medium Sweet | Crystal clear, very pale yellow, and with a slight fizz. Big fine sharp Pear nose followed by a big flavour. That taste is strong but mellow with only slight acidity. I'd say more Medium than Medium Sweet personally, but I do tend to err on the side of medium-sweet I admit. Not the usual sweetness of Perry though, so you could drink a couple of bottles no problem. Would be good with food. Get lots more was my ending comment so I must do so. | ★★★★★ | 5.5% |

Disco | Medium Dry | Light yellow, and slightly hazy. Again not a huge nose, fresh apples. It does though have a lovely flavour. Bittersweet, and sharp. The sweetness comes out as a butterscotch flavour but not cloying and sickly sweet. Uses Discovery apples which probably gives it that butterscotch, but apparently Discovery should have a slight Strawberry taste that I must confess I didn't get. Really well balanced sticks to the back of the throat and leaves a lovely aftertaste. Medium dry I’d Say but has that sweet overtones. As you can see I bought this one by the box, and it didn't last that long. I don't think it's as nice as Greenhorn, but only just. Depends on your taste. If you enjoy slightly sweeter, and smoother go for it, you won't be disappointed. | ★★★★★ | 5.6% |

Cherry | Sweet | I'm not a big fan of strange fruit in cider (actually that's a bit of an understatement), but I admit to having a soft touch for cherry beers, so I gave it a go. Nice Red colour (I'd be a bit worried if it wasn't), clear and quite flat. Gentle sweet cherry nose. Flavour is of sweet cherry. Reminds me of cherry chocolate cake. It may therefore go as a desert cider with something rich and chocolatey. Little bit artificial taste to me. Not for me, I prefer the kreik kind of taste. | ★★★★★ | 5.5% |

Salted Caramel | Sweet | Hmm interesting. Dark yellow and clear, with just a hint of fizz. Strong sweet and smokey caramel nose. Huge burnt caramel taste, that honeycomb flavour. Slight honey overtone. Very little apple taste in my opinion. Would go well with a dessert like apple pie. It's not as sickly sweet as I expected though but I struggled with a whole pint. | ★★★★★ | 4% |

Spiced Cider | Sweet | Dark yellow, clear with little fizz. Big spicy nose, mainly of clove and cinnamon, that usual mulled cider smell that makes you think of Christmas or probably more appropriately Wassail. The main difference is that it doesn't have that heady alcohol nose you get with warmed mulled wine/cider. It reminded me of a cinnamon bun. Ooh the taste though needs to be an acquired one. Yes mainly cinnamon bun but not sweet. It actually has a fairly dry flavour on the tongue.
Has some burnt/cooked apple flavour in the background as well which adds some depth. Not a bad aftertaste lingering cinnamon and brown sugar. Not for me I must say, but I can’t call it bad. Might be better slightly warmed on a cold winter's night, not a midsummer evening which is when I tried it I admit. | ★★★★★ | 4% |

Elderflower | Medium Sweet | Pale Straw yellow clear, slightly sparkling. Elderflower nose - surprise surprise. And obviously an elderflower flavour but it's not over the top and overly floral; a small amount of crisp apple peeks through. It actually has a small amount of tannin which balances it out nicely. Not oversweet so it’s quite drinkable. Probably couldn’t have more than one mind. | ★★★★★ | 4.5% |

Sweet Apple | Sweet | I wasn't expecting to like this one as I'm not a big sweet cider person despite having a huge sweet tooth. Straw yellow, clear, gentle fizz. The nose reminded my partner of Appletiser (but I haven't had it in 30 years so God knows...), sweet apple nose.. Lots of vanilla and sweet apple flavour. Slight buttery caramel in the aftertaste which being sweet hung around for a while. Not as sweet as I expected and actually quite pleasant, especially cold.
One of the better sweet ciders I’ve bad I have to say, so don't be put off by the sweet apple. | ★★★★★ | 4% |
