Tried their Midford on draught in a cracking little pub in Bath (The Old Green Tree - well worth the effort if you're there). Rest of the ciders on order.
They get an endorsement from Louie Gribble of the Wurzels which must be a good sign
Midford draft
Medium Dry
Golden, slightly cloudy and flat from the barrel.
Not a huge nose. Little bit of apple and a bit of honey.
Fresh tart bittersweet apple quite dry with plenty of tannin. Sticks to the teeth a bit but mellows to a shortish aftertaste. Not a huge flavour profile. Fair amount of wood in there.
Quite a pleasant little dry but a bit too dry for mmy taste and would struggle with more than one because of that.

Midford Premium
Medium Dry
Clear but be aware of a small amount of sediment. Light golden and sparkling.
Fresh slightly yeasty apple nose as you’d expect from bottle conditioned cider.
Good bitter sharp bite at the start which mellows nicely to a full flavour of fresh eating apple pulp. Bit of skins come in with the slight tannin and mellows nicely to a long refreshing aftertaste. Well balanced very refreshing and enough to be interesting.
I tried this at just below room temp and need to try it very cold to see.
