Blowhorn | Medium | A cider with Chai spices in it. Light orange golden Dried ginger spice on the nose. Strange, exotic but nice Quite dry initially with a big tea like tannin hit but mellows quickly to a very fruity, ever so slightly tart middle. Hints of Ginger, Cardamom, Orange and I assume chai. Lovely long light slightly sweeter aftertaste. I really like that. Not sure I could do a session on it but as a refreshing thirst quencher mid summer it’s bang on. | ★★★★★ | 4% |

Freak Show | Medium | Available in boxes/on draft and in tins. Dark red, hazy and a decent fizz even on draught. Musty old book smell, which just about overpowers the apple. That sounds bad, but actually it isn't. Good rich slightly tart flavour with a fair amount of tannin. Well balanced though leaving a nice mouth wetness. Just a touch of cherry on the side which reminds me of a Kriek. Quite a nice cider despite the nose. | ★★★★★ | 4.5% |

No Brainer | Dry | Yellow, cloudy and flat as a pancake Sour yeasty nose. Not that inviting, and many may think it smells off The flavour though tells a different story. That sharpness is there but that goes straight down the throat. What's left if a rich smooth pulp flavour with a decent amount of tannin and a little touch of leather. A little bit of grab at the back of the throat at the end and a decent lingering tartish aftertaste. Interesting. The tartness makes it quite refreshing but I can't say it would be a session cider for me; it's a bit too acidic in feel. On the other hand it's a very tasty little drop but needs a bit more flavour with that sharpness to be really good. | ★★★★★ | 4.8% |

Prime | Medium Dry | Very dark golden almost brown clear slight fizz Huge rich slightly tart nose Oh a beauty. What you do get is a slightly tart cider, full of rich fermented apple pulp and a bit of spice. It's cask conditioned so lovely and rich but it still has a very slight bite, which is a perfect balance. Lots of cooked apple flavour with a bit of tannin when you swill it round your mouth and a slight woody hint. Lovely long refreshing aftertaste. That is a cracking little session cider with lots going on. You could be easily fooled this was a lot stronger than 4.6%. Lovely crisp and refreshing and is a perfect post work drink on a hot summer's evening. Tasted even better chilled slightly I found. | ★★★★★ | 4.6% |

Side Burns | Medium | Light golden, clear and gently sparkling Slightly tart, dry nose with a bit of farmyard funk Nice straightforward taste. Fresh, refreshing and slightly tart/citric but lots of deep fruit in there making a simple very refreshing cider. They say tannic, but I’ve had ones with a lot more. Slight hints of toffee and I guess there’s sweetcorn there if you squint 😊 That is another top notch cider from Cotswold – another cracking session cider. | ★★★★★ | 5.4% |

Sweet Cheeks | Sweet | Rust Red, clear with a slight foam on the top. When you open the bottle you get a huge berry waft, but that mellows quickly to a fairly rich cider nose with berry. Taste wise, the fruit is subtle and doesn't overpower the base cider which is a perfectly acceptable bittersweet medium sweet cider I think. It's light and crisp as a flavour and you don't get any of the artificial taste that you get from many fruit ciders. I found it hard to positively identify blackberry or Elderberry there but the blend is a very nice berry mix.
The berry comes more to the fore when you was the cider round the mouth and in the aftertaste. Perfectly acceptable as a berry cider, but don't expect a strong blackberry or elderberry flavour. Sweet of course and I think I'd struggle to drink many, but perfectly nice as an after dinner cider. | ★★★★★ | 4% |

Voodoo Pulp | Dry | From the barrel. Cloudy orange and flat. Earthy farmyard nose. Flavour wise, a bit tart with lots of tannin lots of fruit but quite scrumpyesq. If you like that kind of sharp farmyard cider then it’s got a lot to it, but not for me. | ★★★★★ | 4.7% |
